Manos Negras is located in Mendoza, Argentina, its name inspired from the idea that real winemakers' hands are stained black from working in the soil. The winery itself was born from four friendships and they credit much of their success to viticulturist Alejandro Sejanovich, who worked as the director of viticultural research and development at Bodega Catena Zapata for 16 years before joining Manos Negras in 2010. This is the perfect wine to share with friends over a meal. Tasting notes of white stone fruit, soft citrus notes and touch of tropical fruit paired with a clean, crisp finish makes this a great pairing for poached salmon or a traditional Spanish dish like empanadas.
